Biography:

Start date at XJTLU: October 2008

Born in Poland in 1942. Residing in the United Kingdom since 1970.  Worked as a teacher of English both in Poland and the UK but retrained in the 70s to work in the media.  Worked for the British Coal Board Film Unit and then BBC Film Editing Department.  After early retirement from the BBC returned to teaching English from 2001 in SILC, Shanghai University, China for three non-consecutive years.
