IBSS has launched a new masters programme, MSc Project Management, to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge for management of projects across a variety of industries and contexts. Students will learn about all aspects of how to effectively plan, implement, control and monitor, and handover projects of various sizes and complexities in a highly competitive global marketplace.

“We not only offer a full-time study option, but also part-time modules to suit professionals with work and family commitments,” said Dr Jiwat Ram, Programme Director. “The part-time option offers classes every Saturday, providing flexibility to students who would like to undertake further learning and career development opportunities, or expand their professional expertise.”

Dr Ram brings a wealth of experience from industry and academia to designing and leading this contemporary programme. He was recently awarded Outstanding Reviewer status by the International Journal of Project Management in recognition of his contributions to the quality of the journal.

China is at the forefront of countries with growing need for highly developed professional skills and knowledge that contribute towards economic development and GDP growth.

“We are seeing a strong demand for people with project management skills across various industries in China and more widely across Asia and beyond. The MSc Project Management caters to these growing needs,” added Dr Ram.
