Edith Aurrecoechea Montenegro
Spanish Language Tutor

Edith has been teaching Spanish at Xi´an Jiaotong- Liverpool University since May 2016.

She started teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language in the UK and later became a qualified Teacher Trainer in 2002. Since then, she has practice both teaching Spanish and training teachers in different countries such as Spain, Singapore and India.

In Spain, she has also been a member of the team in charge of material review for Difusión Publisher. In India, she has worked as the coordinator of the Foreign Language Education Programma of Delhi University and as a co-writer of a Spanish textbook for Indira Gandhi Open University (IGNOU) as well as a member of the material developing project for Instituto Cervantes New Delhi.

In addition, she is a co-author for UNED (Spanish University for Online Education) in the project called Collection Library for Teachers of Spanish/FL and collaborates with University of Barcelona on the Online Master Programma.
