BioTek Cytation 5 Cell Imaging Multimode R
Cytation 5 combines automated microscopy and conventional microplate detection in a configurable, upgradable platform. The microscopy module offers up to 60x magnification in fluorescence, brightfield, high contrast brightfield, color brightfield, and phase contrast to address many applications and workflows. The multimode detection modules include filter- and monochromator-based fluorescence detection, luminescence, and UV-Vis absorbance detection. Gen5 software provides complete control over all imaging and data capture, plus powerful image and data analysis.
Seahorse XF Pro Analyzer
Agilent Seahorse XF Pro analyzer measures and reports the oxygen consumption rate (OCR), proton efflux rate (PER) or extracellular acidification rate (ECAR), as well as ATP production rates of live cells in a 96-well format. This analyzer features excellent OCR precision at low rates, verified instrument performance, optimized temperature control, and is automation enabled. OCR, PER, and ATP production rates are critical measurements of energy metabolism and vital indicators of mitochondrial health, toxicity, glycolysis, and overall cellular (dys)function. Together, these measurements provide a systems-level view of cellular metabolic function in cultured cells and ex vivo samples.
xCELLigence RTCA SP - Single Plate
The Agilent xCELLigence Real-Time Cell Analysis (RTCA) SP instrument uses label-free cellular impedance to continuously monitor cell health, behavior, and function with high accuracy, sensitivity, and reproducibility. The SP model can run a 96-well electronic microplate (E-Plate 96), which is ideal for cell health characterization, immune cell-mediated killing, viral cytopathic effects, cytotoxicity, cell adhesion, cell barrier function (TEER), cell signaling (e.g., GPCR) and other related applications.
1290 infinity II- 6530 Q-TOF LC/MS
The 1290 infinity II LC coupled with 6530 Q-TOF provides powerful functionalities for highly accurate mass spectrometric analysis. The mass accuracy can reach as low as 2 ppm. The powerful Agilent jet stream ion source from Agilent assists in detecting components with low contents. At the same time, this instrument adopts a design with extensive dynamic range, which allows simultaneous measurement of trace and major components even when background interference is severe, providing comprehensive analytical capabilities for complex samples.
