汤郡博士是中山大学医学院医学博士，后至美国芝加哥大学医学中心、芝加哥LOYOLA大学医学中心和约翰·霍普金斯大学医学院，分别担任高级博士后研究员、研究员，主要从事分子医学、肿瘤病毒学和免疫学、肿瘤分子细胞生物学以及分子诊断、肿瘤基因和免疫治疗等领域研究与开发工作。在权威杂志上已发表40余篇SCI科研论文，并拥有国家专利授权37项、软著授权4项。曾担任金域医学检验集团科研开发服务部总监、集团心血管疾病检测中心医学总监、集团内分泌代谢病检测中心医学总监，担任广州医科大学金域检验学院副院长、教授和研究生导师，中南大学湘雅医学院兼职研究生导师，“广州市转化医学分子检测重点实验室”创始人和负责人，“华南个性化医学检测协同创新中心”创始人和负责人，广州赛太特生物医学科技有限公司创始人、董事长兼CEO，在转化医学研究、分子/基因诊断、伴随诊断、液体活检、肿瘤疫苗、肿瘤免疫和基因治疗产品研发以及高层次人才团队建设、企业运营管理和高新技术服务等方面积累了丰富的成功经验。聘请担任广州市重大行政决策论证专家，山东省济南 “泉城特聘专家”，担任国家战略性科技创新研发重点专项、国家科技部国际合作重点专项等评审专家以及省市科技创新项目、重点专项和战略性新兴产业重大专项等评审专家。担任10余种国际英文期刊SCI论文审稿专家。汤博士是广州市“121人才梯队工程”高层次人才、济南市“海内外高层次创新创业人才”。目前，汤博士担任迈杰转化医学（苏州）有限公司副总裁，全面负责临床检验检测实验室运营管理工作，包括肿瘤精准治疗伴随诊断检测、NGS基因检测和遗传咨询报告服务，分子诊断检测服务，特检项目和LDT新产品研发与应用，转化医学研究与科研服务，业务拓展和商务洽谈等，以及公司层面上的重要工作。

Dr Tang received his doctoral degree in molecular tumor virology and cancer biology at Sun Yat-sen University Zhongshan School of Medicine, Guangzhou, China. He was a research fellow in the University of Chicago, Loyola University Chicago, and the Johns Hopkins University Medical Centers, USA, and completed his postdoctoral research in molecular medicine, tumor virology, molecular oncology, cancer cell biology, cancer immunotherapy and gene therapy, biomarker discovery and molecular diagnostics, and cancer cell signal transduction, etc. He has published more than 40 SCI scientific research papers in authoritative journals, and has 37 national patent authorization. Dr Tang was the Executive Director in KingMed Diagnostics Group, and Vice Dean and Professor in Guangzhou Medical University. He has founded Cytate (Guangzhou) Biomedical Technologies Inc. in 2016.

Dr Tang is currently serving as Vice President in MEDx (Suzhou) Translational Medicine Co., Ltd. in charge of the Divisions of Transitional Medicine, Marketing and Clinical Medicine & Laboratory. He has accumulated rich successful experience in translational medicine research, molecular/gene diagnosis, concomitant diagnosis, liquid biopsy, tumor vaccine, tumor immunity and gene therapy product development, as well as high-level talent team building, enterprise operation management and high-tech services.
