周勤伟博士毕业于上海复旦大学，获化学学士，硕士学位。后赴美国深造，就读于纽约市立大学，获化学博士学位。毕业后就职于美国纽约医学院，任微生物和免疫学助理教授，并先后任职美国英克隆及礼来制药公司副总裁，在生物技术和生物制药领域拥有超过30年的经验，包括研发、分析、工艺开发、生产、质量、临床前和项目管理、生物制剂注册申报、临床到上市商业化，在业内担任了20多年的高管，并于2016年任信达生物制药（苏州）有限公司首席运营官，2021年任礼来亚洲基金创业合伙人。
Dr. Qinwei Zhou received BS and MS in Chemistry from Fudan University in China, obtained his Ph.D. from City University of New York in US. After graduation, he worked at ImClone Systems while served as a research assistant professor of Microbiology & Immunology at New York Medical College.
Dr. Zhou has been working in the biotechnology & biopharmaceutical industry for 30 years with more than 20 years on various senior management positions. He used to work as VP of Eli Lilly and Company at New Jersey, VP of ImClone Systems at New York, and was the COO of Innovent Biologics in Suzhou, currently he is a venture partner at Lilly Asia Ventures. He has strong knowledge and superior experience in multiple areas with biopharmaceuticals including manufacturing, quality assurance, supply chain, facility and engineering, regulatory, process development, analytical science and operation.
