胡逸民博士毕业于北京大学化学系获学士学位，后赴美深造，就读于斯坦福大学并于2007年获得有机化学博士学位，并于哈佛大学进行了为期两年的博士后学习研究。归国后曾就职于葛兰素史克中国研发中心和罗氏创新中心，任药物化学高级研发人员。
Dr. Yimin Hu graduated from Peking University with a Bachelor Degree in Chemistry in 2001. He then continued his PhD study in organic chemistry with Prof. Barry Trost at Stanford University, focusing on natural product synthesis and transition metal catalysis. After his graduation in 2007, he spent two years at Harvard University, as a Postdoc Fellow with Prof. Yoshito Kishi. In 2009, he came back to China and started his industry career as the Scientist of Medicinal Chemistry at GSK China R&D Center, followed by the Senior/Principal Scientist at Roche Innovation Center Shanghai.
