曹国英于2002年获得临床医学学士学位，2010年获得复旦大学上海医学院内科学（传染病）硕士学位。她在华山医院工作超过20年，主要负责创新药物和医疗器械的临床试验管理；她也是华山医院临床药理研究中心I期临床试验的主要研究者之一。在这些年里，她已完成超过100项I期临床试验，包括9项作为PI的临床试验。
Guoying Cao acquired her Bachelor degree of Clinical Medicine in 2002, and Master degree of Internal Medicine (Infectious Diseases) in 2010, from Shanghai Medical College of Fudan University. She has been working in Huashan Hospital for more than 20 years, mainly responsible for management of clinical trials of innovative drug and medical device. She is also one of the principal investigators for Phase I clinical trials in clinical pharmacology research center in Huashan Hospital. She has finished more than 100 Phase I clinical trials during these years, including 9 clinical trials as PI.
