本科就读于浙江大学临床医学专业，硕士就读于英国阿伯丁大学临床药理学专业，博士就读于复旦大学内科学（传染病学）专业。2005 年2 月起进入复旦大学附属华山医院抗生素研究所工作。2017 年I 期临床研究中心成立，转岗至I 期临床研究中心，2018 年任中心副主任。2023 年I 期临床研究中心更名为“临床药理研究中心”，目前主要从事各治疗领域创新药早期临床研究和临床药理学研究，参与I~III 期临床试验100 余项，作为主要研究者或协作主要研究者参与临床试验32 项。2015 年作为访问学者赴丹麦皇家医院交流学习。2015 年借调至国家药品审评中心化药临床二部工作6 个月，2017 年作为统计临床药理部兼职审评员工作9 个月。2019 年借调至科技部生物技术发展中心参与人类遗传资源管理条例出台配套指南编写专班工作。2020年完成一年哈佛大学医学院全球临床学者科研培训(GCSRT)项目.
Dr. Wu finished undergraduate course in Clinical Medicine at Zhejiang University, obtained MSc in Clinical Pharmacology at the University of Aberdeen, and Ph.D in internal medicine (Infectious Diseases) at Fudan University. She started working at the Institute of Antibiotics, Huashan Hospital affiliated to Fudan University in February 2005. In 2017, the Phase I Clinical Research Center was established and she transferred to the Center. In 2018, she was appointed as the Deputy Director of the Center. In 2023, the Phase I Clinical Research Center was renamed as the "Clinical Pharmacology Research Center". Currently, she mainly engages in early clinical research and clinical pharmacology research of innovative drugs in various treatment fields, participating in more than 100 Phase I to III clinical trials, and participating in 32 clinical trials as principle investigator. In 2015, she went to the Royal Hospital of Denmark as a visiting scholar. In 2015, she was seconded to Center of Drug Evaluation (CDE), NMPA. In 2017, she worked as a part-time reviewer in the Department of Statistics and Clinical Pharmacology, CDE for 9 months. In 2019, she was seconded to the Biotechnology Development Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology for drafting guidelines for the promulgation of regulations on human genetic resource management. In 2020, She finished one year Global Clinical Scholar Research Training (GCSRT) at Harvard Medical School.
