陈炳良博士毕业于华东师范大学，被授予动物生物学专业硕士学位。后赴美国旧金山大学学习深造并于1998年被授予细胞生物学专业博士学位。
陈炳良博士从事生物制药科学研究已逾二十载，曾就职于拜耳，百时美施贵宝等国际知名医药企业，现任信达生物制药首席科学家，药理学部门主管。对大分子，抗体开发，药物靶标发现和验证，体内体外的肿瘤评估治疗等都有着丰富的研究经验。
Dr. Bingliang Chen obtained a Master’s Degree in Zoobiology from East China Normal University and a PhD in Cell Biology from University of San Francisco in 1998.
Dr. Chen has over 20 years of experience in macromolecular drug discovery, antibody development, drug target discovery and validation, as well as evaluation of oncology therapeutics in vitro and in vivo. He worked at several world-renowned pharmaceutical companies including Bayer and Bristol-Myers Squibb. He is now the Chief Scientist and Head of Pharmacology at Innovent Biologics, Inc.
