Profile潘德京博士 (Dr.Dejing Pan)
Deputy Director, National Center for International Research of Genomics
Dr. Dejing Pan obtained his bachelor and master degree in biochemistry from Sun Yat-Sen University. He then went to Switzerland and continued his doctoral study in Molecular Biomedicine at University of Basel and obtained his Ph.D. degree and worked afterwards as a postdoctoral fellow at Laboratory of Experimental Hematology in University of Basel.
After returning to China, he was pointed as the Deputy Director and Associate Professor of Model Animal Research Centre in Nanjing University. He is now the Deputy Director at National Center for International Research of Genomics/CAM-SU Genomic Resource Center of Soochow University. His major research interest areas are: Circadian rhythms, Hematopoiesis, Gene editing, Human genetics, Biochemistry, Cytokine signalling, Iron homeostasis, Transgenic and knockout mouse models.
