Before joining XJTLU, Dr Xiaoyue Li served at Xi'an Jiaotong University as Director of the Party Committee Office, Director of the President's Office, Director of the Innovation Harbour Office, Party Secretary of the School of Aerospace Engineering, Deputy Director of the Party Policy Research Office (concurrent appointment), and Deputy Dean of the Office of Scientific Research.
With extensive experience in party and administrative affairs management in higher education, Dr Li has proactively undertaken multiple management research projects funded by the National Development and Reform Commission, the Science and Technology Department of Shaanxi Province, and the Xi'an Bureau of Science and Technology. He has been recognised with multiple honours, including Advanced Worker in Office Administration of the Shaanxi Provincial Education System, Advanced Individual in Information Services of the Shaanxi Provincial Education System, and Outstanding Communist Party Member of Xi'an Jiaotong University.
