Abstract:
Biopharma 4.0 signifies a shift towards advanced automated manufacturing with minimal human involvement, aimed at improving efficiency, flexibility, and drug product quality. This lecture will discuss the transition from traditional, labor-intensive methods to fully automated dark factories, highlighting the crucial role of artificial intelligence (AI) in biopharmaceutical sector. By utilizing AI for process optimization, predictive maintenance, and quality control, biomanufacturers can enhance operational efficiency, reduce cost, and improve process accuracy. Innovative technologies like data analysis and machine learning significantly boost productivity and accelerate process of drug development and commercialization. This transformation not only leads to better patient outcomes but also addresses the increasing demands of public healthcare. Join us to explore how Biopharma 4.0 and AI are reshaping the biopharmaceutical industry and paving the way for a more effective healthcare future!
