Building on the success and positive feedback from the 2024 Campus Coffee Festival, the School of Intelligent Manufacturing Ecosystem has integrated its Synergistic Education (SE) approach to comprehensively upgrade the event. In 2025, it was officially renamed the “IME Life Festival” and established as an annual flagship activity.
The 2026 Life Festival will continue to feature five themed experience zones:
Pop-up Coffee Booth – extending the popular coffee culture
Smart Device Interactive Station – immersive experience of Industry 4.0 technologies
Industry Leaders Dialogue Corner – in-depth exchanges with sector pioneers
Synergistic Education Achievement Exhibition – showcasing industry-academia-research innovation projects
Daytime Starlight Camping Social Zone – creating an open social space
Additionally, the 2026 3rd IME Life Festival coincides with the university’s 20th anniversary. The event will introduce a “block” concept, selecting unique and vibrant small spaces in downtown Taicang as off-campus exhibition and interaction venues. Students, faculty, staff, and community neighbors are warmly invited to join this spring gathering, to experience the unique charm of the Taicang campus as an Education, Technology, Cultural and Arts Park, and to celebrate the 20th anniversary together with the entire community.
