Watch above: Early December saw Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University's inaugural public lecture in Shanghai, 'From Star Wars to Street Art,' with a full house that included members of the public, dignitaries including representatives of the American Chamber of Commerce and the Nigerian consulate general in Shanghai, XJTLU leadership and domestic and international media representatives. Artists, academics and creative industry experts discussed how culture is adapted in different ways to appeal to different audiences across the world.
