On May 20, three IBSS MSc Investment Management students, Yang Jialing, Dong Xuanbei, and Zhong Luzi, have won the silver award at the 2023 Future Financial Analyst Competition held by the CFA Institute in China.
With this year's theme of "Digital Leading the Future", the 2023 Future Financial Analyst Competition, was co-hosted by the Beijing Local Financial Supervision and Administration Bureau and the CFA Institute. This esteemed event saw participation from over 2,000 students from more than 300 universities worldwide, including 20 renowned overseas institutions. More than 2,000 students from 201 teams participated in the first round by submitting a research report titled "In the context of digitalization, technology empowers high-quality financial development". On May 20, 72 students from 16 teams from 24 colleges and universities competed at the final on-site presentation in Beijing. During this final event, our three IBSS students stood out amongst the participants and were awarded the silver medal for their excellent performance.
