On 12 December, 2024, a significant forum focusing on new opportunities for 2025 — Suzhou Executive Academy — was held at the International Business School Suzhou (IBSS) of Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU). Themed "2025 Global Economy Outlook and Digital Transformation," the forum was organized by IBSS and brought together industry elites to discuss cutting-edge topics in global economy and digital transformation.
The forum featured several experts with profound insights in the fields of economics and finance as keynote speakers. These included Jianwei Guo, a researcher at the People's Bank of China and former Deputy Director of the Monetary Policy Department, Zhaohua Jiang, Party Secretary and President of Suzhou Branch of Hengfeng Bank Co., Ltd., and Hongzhi Wang, Executive Director of China Consumer Finance Brand Research Institute at Shanghai University and President & CEO of Suzhou Yingtiandi Information Technology Co., Ltd. Dr Jia Zhai, Senior Associate Professor in the Department of Finance at IBSS, was invited to moderate the forum.

Jianwei Guo delivered a keynote speech titled "Risks and Challenges of Global Economic Policy Diversification" In his speech, he delved into the role of the internationalization of the Renminbi in dealing with international financial changes, providing detailed insights into the latest progress in the internationalization of the Renminbi and the current changes in the international financial landscape. He emphasized that Chinese enterprises should actively use the Renminbi in overseas trade and investment to build a new development pattern of domestic and international dual circulation, effectively reducing the risks brought by exchange rate fluctuations. Additionally, he suggested that Chinese companies should learn from successful international industrial relocation and overseas investment cases, making full use of their comparative advantages.

Zhaohua Jiang explored the new dynamics of digital transformation. He first outlined the background of corporate treasury construction, including the challenges enterprises face in fund management and relevant policy guidelines. Subsequently, he elaborated on innovative measures in corporate treasury financial services and the situation of various management modules, covering areas such as account management, fund settlement, and budget preparation. Lastly, he highlighted the unique advantages and service effectiveness of Hengfeng Bank's "Everbright Gold Butler" treasury system.
Zhaohua Jiang
Hongzhi Wang focused on intelligent marketing to open up new industry growth prospects. He discussed the background of the intelligent marketing era, such as the development of the digital economy, new productive forces driving, and changes in marketing targets and scenarios. He introduced the concept, characteristics, technologies, and scenarios of intelligent marketing, emphasizing its trend to replace traditional marketing.
Hongzhi Wang
The Suzhou Executive Academy provided a platform for professionals in the fields of economics and finance to exchange and learn, aiding in a deeper understanding of the development trends of global economic policies and the direction of digital transformation, which is of significant value for promoting industry development.
