In the keynote speech session, Professor Jun Qian conducted an in-depth analysis of Sino-US corporate M&A models. Based on extensive empirical research, he compared the application differences between cash acquisitions and stock acquisitions in M&A transactions of Chinese and American enterprises, revealed the varying characteristics of corporate operating performance in the three years following the transactions, and explored the influencing mechanisms of factors such as legal systems, market environments and corporate governance structures. His rigorous reasoning and unique insights sparked extensive resonance and lively discussions among the scholars present.
