QingC is a modular FPV drone manufacturing project that combines independent structural design, topology optimization, and 3D printing. Its core product is a lightweight and repairable five-inch FPV drone frame that can be locally manufactured within 6–8 hours. The project aims to reduce production and replacement costs while enabling rapid repair, customization, and small-batch manufacturing.
How it is being developed
The project is being developed through an iterative process of digital modelling, structural optimization, material testing, 3D printing, assembly, and flight validation. Different frame structures and component layouts are continuously tested to improve strength, weight, aerodynamic performance, and ease of maintenance. A functional five-inch prototype has already been manufactured and successfully flight-tested.
Expected outcome
QingC aims to develop a commercially viable modular FPV drone product system, including complete drones, printable frames, replacement modules, and customized design services. The project will further improve product reliability, establish standardized manufacturing and testing processes, and explore cooperation with FPV communities, training organizations, and drone-related businesses. Its local manufacturing model offers strong potential for scalable production, rapid after-sales support, and international commercialization.
