金颖

Ying (Nicole) Jin currently serves as Business Development Director at International Business School Suzhou (IBSS), Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. With nearly 20 years of progressive experience in management, business expansion and operations across telecommunications, big data, and higher education, she brings a unique cross-sector perspective combining state-owned enterprise, tech startup and international business school environments.

Since joining IBSS in 2019, she has built and led the Executive Education (EE) system from scratch, covering customised programmes, open-enrolment courses and cross-border mobile classes. She established standardised processes to improve efficiency and participant satisfaction, led business transformation and client diversification, and developed an “EE + industry-academia-research” ecosystem to enhance corporate partnerships and industrial influence.

Prior to joining XJTLU, she held key management positions at China Unicom and later co-founded a NEEQ-listed technology company as Deputy General Manager, gaining extensive experience in corporate operations, business negotiation and team management.

She holds an MBA from the University of Hong Kong, was a Visiting Scholar at Drexel University, and earned her BBA from Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications.

In her role as Business Development Director, she provides strategic leadership over Business Engagement, Executive Education, Business Intelligence and Industry Research, Marketing, and Alumni Relations.

She is committed to deepening industry-academia integration, expanding global partnerships, and building sustainable growth engines to advance IBSS’s long-term strategic goals.
