ProfileDr Zhenxiong Li obtained his PhD in Economics from Lancaster University in 2018 and MSc in Economics and International Financial Economics from University of Warwick in 2013. During the doctoral study period, he had been awarded full scholarship from the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) and research funding from Lancaster University.
Prior to the work at the XIPU Institution, Dr Zhenxiong Li was a teaching assistant at Lancaster University Management School with rich teaching experience in Economics and Applied Statistics.
Dr Zhenxiong Li’s main research interests include: applied macroeconomics, financial economics, development economics and regional economics. His recent papers on financial system development and financial market volatility have been widely accepted by top academic journals and conferences.
