Mengyuan Xiang PhD

Assistant Professor

Dr Mengyuan Xiang is an Assistant Professor at the School of Intelligent Finance and Business, Entrepreneur College, Xi’an-Jiaotong Liverpool University. She obtained her PhD in Management Science from the University of Edinburgh. Prior to joining XJTLU, she worked as a Lecturer in Business Analytics at the University of Edinburgh.

Mengyuan’s research focuses on inventory control and sustainable supply chain, including stochastic demand, correlated demand, joint replenishment problems, stochastic lead time, etc. Her papers published in high-quality journals such as the European Journal of Operational Research.

I am looking for new PhD students in supply chain management with a special focus on stochastic inventory management. If you are interested, please email your research proposal to Mengyuan.Xiang@xjtlu.edu.cn.
