Dr Yimin Ding is in charge of administrative affairs including human resources, finance and campus management at XJTLU. He is a management expert with more than 20 years of professional experience in finance, human resources, information technology, commerce, procurement, project management and corporate management.
He started his professional career with Pharmacia Ltd, one of the world top 10 pharmaceutical companies, responsible for the management of its operation in China for a decade. He held the position of director for China Shared Service Centre at Avery Dennison China and prior to joining XJTLU served as the vice general manager at Valence Energy Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd.
Dr Ding obtained a bachelors degree in world economy and international trade from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and an executive master of Business Administration and a doctoral degree in business administration from United Business Institutes. He holds a management diploma from China Europe International Business School and is a member of the American Management Association.
