Abstract:
The swift advancement of digital technology and AI has significantly boosted labour productivity, altered working patterns and skill demands, increased the need for multi-skilled talents, and reduced job positions. A potential future of a three-day workweek and five-day weekend raises crucial questions about how people will utilise their ample leisure time. However, this scenario also presents a vast opportunity to spur social transformation, create new industries, and establish a new lifestyle that integrates learning, work, entertainment, and more.
AI has revitalised creativity, propelling the creative industry's and technology's growth. Digital audio-visual content, which includes digital films, games, and digital cultural tourism, has become central to the creative sector. Investing in the cultivation of digital creative talents and content creation has emerged as a key growth area. These talents, equipped with interdisciplinary knowledge, versatile skills, and high-level capabilities, exhibit strong adaptability, providing robust support for the ongoing development of the creative industry.
