Abstract

To enhance university students' employability and career prospects, Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU), mShare (Shixiseng.com), and the Talent Office of Suzhou Municipal Party Committee will form a strategic partnership to launch the Excellent Employment Platform for University Students in Suzhou. This collaborative initiative combines XJTLU's academic excellence, mShare's extensive domestic and international employer network, and the municipal government's policy support to create a comprehensive talent development ecosystem. The platform will provide XJTLU students with premium employment opportunities and professional development resources, contribute to Suzhou's talent cultivation and economic growth through industry-academia collaboration, and furthermore, attract global talent to strengthen Suzhou's position as an international innovation hub. This initiative embodies the "Syntegration+ 融合+" theme, demonstrating effective integration of educational, industrial, and governmental resources. As a highlight of XJTLU's 20th Anniversary celebrations, the platform represents our commitment to innovative solutions for talent development and regional economic advancement. This event will be considered as an announcement of building an Excellent Employment platform. Follow-up events will include: 1. Platform construction and operation; 2. Enterprise Resource Sharing; 3. Global Talent Introduction; 4. Data analysis and feedback; 5. Organization of professional activities.
