About the Topic: Is AI making us more productive or just creating more work?
AI can now write, translate, summarize, and generate ideas within seconds. It is widely presented as a tool that will save time and transform productivity. Yet an important puzzle remains: if AI is making so many tasks faster, why do many people and organizations still feel overloaded? Through examples from learning, work, and business, the talk looks beyond the visible gains in speed and asks what real value means in the age of AI. It offers a practical lens for thinking about a more important question: after AI has made work faster, has it also made our learning, decisions, and outcomes better?
