Keynote Speaker: Dr Qingyou Guan
Dr Qingyou Guan is Dean and Chief Economist of the Rushi Institute of Advanced Finance. He also serves as Director of the China Reform Foundation and as Chief Economist for both the Zhongguancun Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (ZVCA) and the Guangdong Venture Capital & Private Equity Association (GDPEA). Dr Guan earned his PhD from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and completed postdoctoral research at Tsinghua University.
