Deposit Payment & Academic Gown Collection (Ground Floor, S Building 1036)
When collecting academic gown, a deposit is required: 264 RMB for UG students, 318 RMB for PG students and 403 RMB for PhD students. The deposit will be refunded upon return of the gown.
If there is any damage or missing components, corresponding deductions will be made from the deposit according to the specified price list before the remaining amount is refunded.

Before attending the ceremony, please make sure you are dressed appropriately:
(The graduation ceremonies are formal occasions and it is respectfully requested that graduands dress appropriately for the occasion. Suggestion for appropriate attire underneath academic gown would be a lounge suit, shirt and tie, or a skirt/trousers and shirt/blouse.)
Arrive at the Ceremony Hall (1018, M Building)
Make sure you will arrive at the Ceremony Hall at around 12:00 pm for ceremony 9 and 3:00 pm for ceremony 10, and take the right seats.
After the ceremony, you will need to:
Return Academic Dress (1036, S Building)
Return all of your academic dress set at timeslots 25 July: 8:30-19:00 and 28 July:9:30-17:00so that you can collect your deposit back. Should the academic dress not be returned by the specified time, it will be considered as retained by choice, and the corresponding deposit will not be refunded.

Download Group Photo and Recorded Ceremony Video(BOX)
Download the copy of group photo and the recorded video for your graduation ceremony from BOX; the corresponding notification with the download link will be sent by Graduation Team after all the ceremonies are completed.
