On September 6, 2024, the School of Cultural Technology held an orientation for the new sophomore students. The event aimed to help students integrate smoothly into their second year life, to learn about the curriculum and enhance communication between students and their teachers. The event officially started at 10:00 a.m. After receiving the welcome packs prepared by the school, the students were given a tour of the camous. The detailed explanation helped students not only learn more about the teaching resources and facilities of the school but also more familiar with the campus environment. This session meant to help them better integrate into campus life in the new semester. In the module introduction session, professors from the school jointly introduced the class schedule, project design, and assessment standards of this semester to the students in detail. From 10:30 to 12:00, there was a Q&A session for students which allowed students to raise their questions. Through face-to-face interaction, students gained a clearer understanding of the module requirements and future study directions. For the final session of the event, we prepared a pizza lunch for the students. It was a relaxing and enjoyable time for students to talk to each other and share their expectations for the semester ahead. Teachers and students took this opportunity to deepen their understanding of each other further and bring them closer together. Hope students will harvest and growth in the embrace of the School of Cultural Technology. Let's look forward to the exciting chapter of the 2024 academic year together!
