Recently, Dr. Shuijing Jie’s research paper titled "Chinese Early Internationalizing Firms: A Review and Research Agenda" was accepted by the Asia Pacific Journal of Management (APJM). APJM publishes original manuscripts on management and organizational research in the Asia Pacific region, encompassing Pacific Rim countries and mainland Asia. APJM focuses on the extent to which each manuscript addresses matters pertaining to the most fundamental question: “What determines organizational success?” The major academic disciplines that APJM covers include entrepreneurship, human resource management, international business, organizational behavior, strategic management, and so on.
Another research paper authored by Dr. Shuijing Jie, titled "Quantity and Quality: The Impact of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Performance on Corporate Green Innovation," was accepted by the Journal of Environmental Management. The Journal of Environmental Management is a peer-reviewed journal for the publication of original research related to managing environmental systems and improving environmental quality.
Dr. Shuijing Jie is an Assistant Professor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the Department of Strategic Management Organization in IBSS, XJTLU.
