Synadrone

Synadrone

Brief Introduction

The team consists of seven core members covering algorithm R&D, hardware integration, smart manufacturing, supply chain management, and market strategy, with professional guidance from senior academics in computer vision and robotics. The team has solid experience in model development, system integration, market promotion and enterprise cooperation, and is committed to the landing and scaled application of drone‑based AI visual detection.

How it is being developed

We adopt Vision‑Language Model (VLM) + LoRA Lightweight Fine‑Tuning as the core technical route:

  1. General VLM with Local Deployment: Supports zero‑shot recognition and fully local deployment, ensuring data security and real‑time performance.
  2. LoRA Scene Plugins: Low‑cost, high‑efficiency fine‑tuning; retains general capabilities while adding industry‑specific perception.
  3. Adaptive Rapid Update: Continuous model iteration without full retraining, providing long‑term maintenance service.
  4. End‑to‑End Architecture: UAV video acquisition + server‑side AI analysis, realizing real‑time anomaly detection.

Expected outcome

Synadrone will gradually evolve from a single‑scenario highway inspection system to a multi‑industry intelligent inspection platform covering urban roads, forest fire prevention, power inspection, water conservancy, agriculture and security. In the short term, we will complete the POC verification of highway scenarios and achieve stable basic recognition. In the medium term, we will use LoRA fine‑tuning to upgrade accuracy to industrial level. In the long run, we will build a modular, scalable visual recognition service platform, providing flexible cloud and local deployment for drone enterprises and industry customers.

We will keep pace with the rapid growth of the low‑altitude economy, continuously optimize model performance and scene coverage, promote the wide application of AI visual recognition in unmanned systems, help more industries realize intelligent upgrading, and create a safer, more efficient and intelligent low‑altitude ecological environment.
