Brief Introduction

Vision CIP is an intelligent CIP system based on real-time visual feedback. The system strategically integrates durable, hygienic vision sensor cameras and AI image processing engines on the basis of the standard multi-tank, skid-mounted CIP architecture. Its core goal is to make the residual protein on the surface of the equipment glow by emitting ultraviolet light through ultraviolet lamps, detect the intensity of the fluorescence signal emitted, and use visual data to dynamically adjust cleaning parameters such as time and water volume to ensure thorough cleaning in the shortest time and with the least resource consumption. The unique feature of Vision CIP is real-time visual verification and adaptive control. Unlike all traditional or optimized CIP systems that rely on indirect parameters such as time, temperature, conductivity, and flow rate for process control and inference of cleaning effectiveness, Vision CIP uses real-time visual recognition as a core feedback mechanism to directly observe the cleaning status and dynamically optimize the process.

 

How it is being developed

By integrating ultraviolet fluorescence imaging technology and artificial intelligence analysis, our system can “see” the cleaning status of equipment surfaces in real time, dynamically optimize cleaning parameters, significantly reduce water, energy, and chemical consumption, while also providing intuitive evidence for cleaning validation. Against the backdrop of global water scarcity, rising energy costs, and increasing pressure for sustainable development, Vision CIP not only substantially lowers operational costs but also minimizes environmental impact, offering robust support to users.
