Registration Fee Invoice
Electronic invoices will be issued for all paid registrations. After completing the payment, please send a detailed email to the official committee mailbox PQCX@xjtlu.edu.cn with the following information included in the email body: full billing entity name, invoice type (VAT ordinary invoice / VAT special invoice), payment voucher, and contact information (entity name, contact person, phone number and email address). The committee will verify your payment and issue the electronic invoice in a timely manner.

收取标准与截止日期
本次国际研讨会为期两天，将于2026年11月28日至11月29日（线下会议）在中国南京国际会议大酒店举办，注册费为2800元/人（人民币），学生注册费为1400元/人。届时您将和来自欧美、日本、韩国、新加坡等国家的演讲嘉宾以及来自产业界、学术界和政府的专家们齐聚一堂，就PQC迁移问题面对面地做深入的探讨。
会议期间会务组将贴心为您提供茶歇及餐饮服务，差旅及住宿费用需要您自理。为了本次与会嘉宾得到最佳会议体验和效果，会议额定参会人数为200人，缴纳注册费成功即可抢占席位，本次会议不接受会议现场报名。

注册费发票开具
我们将为您提供注册费的电子发票，请您缴纳完注册费后，以邮件正文方式将付款单位详细开票信息、发票类型(增值税普票或专票）、付款凭证以及联系人信息(单位名称+姓名+电话或邮箱）发往会务组邮箱(PQCX@xjtlu.edu.cn)，以便会务组及时确认并为您开具电子发票。

Registration Notices
Registration Fees and Deadline
This two-day international workshop will be held onsite at Nanjing International Conference Hotel, Nanjing, China, from November 28 to 29, 2026. The standard registration fee is CNY 2,800 per participant, with a reduced rate of CNY 1,400 for students. Attendees will join distinguished speakers and experts from industry, academia, and government across Europe, America, Japan, South Korea, Singapore and other regions for in-depth face-to-face discussions on PQC migration.
The organizing committee will provide complimentary refreshments and catering services during the workshop. All travel and accommodation expenses shall be borne by participants individually. To guarantee an optimal academic experience and interactive quality, the workshop has a maximum capacity of 200 attendees. Registration seats are confirmed only upon successful payment. On-site registration will not be available.
