The 6th XJTLU Ding Lab Post Quantum Cryptographic International Conference

In 2017, the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) officially launched a global call for proposals for Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC). It has brought a wide and profound impact on cryptography and even cyberspace security, and will trigger a brand-new change in the global cryptographic industry chain and cybersecurity ecosystem. The PQC standardization work carried out by the U.S. first in the world is a landmark event for cyberspace security in the post-quantum era. Driven by the development in the USA, other developed countries such as the EU, Japan, and South Korea have accelerated the pace of their own countries/regions to develop post-quantum cryptographic standards. Right now, NIT has established the first batch of the standardized algorithms as FIPS 203, 204 and 205. A new era of post-quantum migration is going to its full swing.
At the same time, the National Cybersecurity Center of Excellence (NCCoE) is leading a large-scale PQC migration program. PQC migration involves the complete replacement of the entire Internet trust cornerstone, its significance exceeds any previous IT technology migration like the IPv4 to IPv6 global migration, and is of vital importance to the secure and healthy development of today’s digital economy.
There have been five international workshops organized by Prof. Jintai Ding and other internationally renowned experts in the area. This year’s event will be supported by XJTLU, where Professor Jintai Ding is working now. This International Workshop on Post-Quantum Cryptography has become the most influential international workshop in this field in Asia. The 6th workshop will focus on post-quantum migrations, in particular, in financial industry. As in the past, this workshop would like to bring interested research institutions and enterprises around the work to jointly address this global cyberspace upheaval!
This workshop will be a two-day event on Nov.28-29, 2026, covering the following topics:
Keynote speeches on PQC migration by speakers from Europe, America, Japan, Korea and other countries, who are experts from industry, academia and governments.
Showcase on PQC migration for global large-scale computer networks.
Industry representatives from research institutes and vendors will give a panel discussion on PQC migration.
