- mastered people management theories and practices in HR management, people analytics, AI-driven HR analytics, human-AI collaboration, and people-centric frameworks;
- comprehended core HR management activities, essential functions, key concepts, theoretical foundations, and professional roles;
- critically employed data analysis tools to enhance people-centric management and human-AI synergy;
- applied people analytics and HR analytics to support strategic decision-making and organisational development; and
- evaluated ethical principles, accountability mechanisms, and sustainable practices in HR management and business ecosystems.

My experience at XJTLU has been deeply rewarding. The teaching style promotes open discussion and critical thinking, while the diverse environment has helped me express myself more confidently and better understand others. Through this environment, I developed a strong interest in HR management. The effective management of human resources (HR) is crucial to business success. Through the programme, you will learn how HR is strategically managed within various organisational contexts. You will be introduced to up-to-date human resource management theories and practices. You will acquire a wide range of intellectual, interpersonal, and technical skills relevant to this field, and understand frameworks for managing employment relations.
We innovatively integrate artificial intelligence (AI) into the curriculum. By incorporating AI tools, HR analytics, and data analysis, you will develop capabilities needed to drive evidence-based strategic HR decisions within complex business ecosystems.
