The 4th MEGA International Creative Media Festival, organized by the Academy of Film and Creative Technology at Xi’an Jiaotong Liverpool University, will hold its opening ceremony & awards ceremony on 10 May at Suzhou Culture and Art Centre. We cordially invite you to join the events.

MEGA is an integration concept of media, exhibition, graphics, and arts. MEGA International Creative Media Festival focuses on the diverse forms of creative media communication and carries out activities combining different forms, including the competition, exhibition of digital media arts and summit. MEGA International Creative Media Festival aims to explore the trends of film, television, and new media arts, and enhance communications between students and relevant industry professionals.

Compared to the previous MEGA International Creative Media Festival, this year's MEGA has received more attention and submissions from participants, and the domestic and international recognition has been further improved. Last year, the Third Festival featured 348 submissions from 114 universities and 27 social organisations. This year, the numbers are even more impressive, with 829 high-quality submissions from 20 countries involving 175 universities and 105 social organisation entries. This remarkable growth underscores the global recognition of the MEGA International Creative Media Festival and reflects the vibrant development and innovation in the global creative media industry.

The theme of the 4th MEGA International Creative Media Ceremony is "Harmony"; it aims to show young students' professional ability and level, combined with the sharing and communication activities of the main creative team. Promote the communication and learning between universities and professionals and establish the brand tone of the MEGA International Creative Media Festival.

This year's MEGA International Creative Media Festival will run from 10 May to 16 May, featuring a variety of events, including the Opening Ceremony & Award Ceremony at the Suzhou Arts Centre on 10 May, a master's graduation exhibition on Cultural and Creative Industries, an undergraduate graduation exhibition on Digital Media Arts, a film and television digital media technology equipment exhibition, and a Suzhou intangible cultural heritage exhibition. Furthermore, the 4th MEGA Film, New Media and Creative Technology Summit, titled "The Trends and Opportunities of AIGC in the Development of Film, Culture, and Creative Industries", will be held on 11 May at the XJTLU Entrepreneur College (Taicang) to discuss cutting-edge topics in the industry.
