On Friday, 13 September 2024, the International Innovation Hub will host an Innovation Factory Open Day. At this event, participants will have the opportunity to experience the charm of technology creation through DIY mobile phone addiction interceptor.
With the development of mobile communication technology, the function of mobile phone is more powerful than before. While smart phone facilitates people's lives, it also leads to more and more people having "mobile phone separation anxiety", which is an addictive high frequency of using mobile phone. Therefore, the mobile phone addiction interceptor came into being, which restricts users from frequently turning on their mobile phones through physical isolation and time management. Users can set a scheduled task, according to which the mobile phone addiction interceptor "lock", prevent users from continuing to use the phone, in order to help users reduce dependence on mobile phones.
In this Innovation Factory Open Day, participants will have the opportunity to experience open source hardware programming. During the event, we will delve into the working principle and program logic of the mobile phone addiction interceptor. Each participant will have an introductory knowledge of open source hardware programming. In addition, under the guidance of professional instructors, participants will complete the hand-assembled products and programming debugging of the mobile phone addiction interrupter.
