In July 2015, Suzhou Industrial Park Science and Technology Development Bureau, Suzhou Dushu Lake Science and Education Innovation District Administrative Committee and Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University signed a tripartite contract to build the XJTLU International Innovation Hub, and in July 2016, the construction was launched.
XJTLU International Innovation Hub is committed to providing an ecosystem of innovative consultation services, proof-of-concept platforms, business incubation guidance, and the introduction of venture capital and other activities. The cooperation network is set up between government, enterprises, learning and research. IIH aims to boost the innovation resources to support Suzhou’s economic and social development and the entire southern region of Jiangsu through making discoveries, turning new technologies into new products and services, and further transforming them into commercial products.
