In 2026, Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU) will mark its 20th anniversary. As a pacesetter and trailblazer in Sino-foreign cooperative higher education in China, XJTLU’s 20-year journey is not only a practical epic of integrating Eastern and Western educational philosophies, but also a vivid testament to the generations of XJTLU community members practicing the pursuit of "a happy life and a successful career".
To comprehensively preserve the university’s historical memories, foster the shared bond of the global XJTLU community, and build a university history and culture system that embodies both international vision and humanistic warmth, we hereby launch this collection drive. This initiative serves as the cornerstone for systematically establishing the university’s repository of culture and memories – we officially unveil the global collection program themed "Two Decades of Integration & Innovation · XJTLU Impressions". The program aims to transform a traditional commemorative collection into a collaborative, inclusive and sustainable cultural initiative.
