International Innovation Hub (IIH) sincerely invite you to participate in our "Innovation Factory Open Day" on October 13, 2026 (Tuesday). Currently, global innovation in AI hardware and the development of maker ecosystems are advancing rapidly. The real-world deployment and popularization of cutting-edge technologies, alongside the cultivation of young innovative talents, have become core priorities for regions to upgrade innovation and entrepreneurship initiatives. To further streamline the dissemination pathway for AI hardware from laboratories to public scenarios, Chaihuo Makers has launched the national tour of the AI Mobile Construction Vehicle. Adopting mobile and immersive exhibition formats, it brings the latest applied AI hardware outcomes directly to innovation frontlines, creating an interactive gateway for local maker communities and young students to access state-of-the-art technologies up close.
On 13 October 2026, the AI Mobile Construction Vehicle will arrive at the youth innovation cluster in Suzhou Dushu Lake Science and Education Innovation Zone and enter Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. It will host dedicated exhibitions and technical exchanges for faculty and students as a signature IP event for participants to engage with leading AI technologies and innovation practices. This event aims to further energize youth innovation and entrepreneurship and foster a richer maker culture.

AI Mobile Construction Vehicle Venue:
The AI Mobile Construction Vehicle will be parked at the container area next to the Academy of Film and Creative Technology (AFCT), South Campus, XJTLU
(The outdoor display of the AI Base Vehicle runs throughout the event.)
The AI Mobile Construction Vehicle will commence setup and public visits at 13:30 and remain open until 16:30. Faculty and students of XJTLU are welcome to explore cutting-edge sci-tech equipment in person. Visitors may view and experience desktop 3D printers and CNC structural processing devices at one stop. A wide range of AI hardware, including open-source robots, intelligent voice assistants and robotic arms, will be on display to offer a direct experience of technological wonders.

This on-campus AI Base Vehicle event features a parallel session: the Innovation Factory Open Day Workshop themed AI Empowers OPC.This Innovation Factory Open Day Workshop is beginner-friendly. Starting with fundamental hardware knowledge, participants will use Vibe Coding to get started and independently build custom interactive smart hardware works step by step.
