The ACIN research centre currently operates three core laboratories that support research spanning next-generation communications, intelligent networks, and intelligent connected systems.
Microwave Design Laboratory: Equipped with a microwave anechoic chamber, PCB fabrication facilities, RF measurement equipment, supporting research.
Millimetre-wave Communication Laboratory: Features a microwave reverberation chamber, millimetre-wave antenna measurement systems, vector network analysers, and 5G communication testing platforms for advanced wireless communication research.
Intelligent Connected Systems Laboratory (Suzhou Key Laboratory of Broadband Wireless Access Technologies): Provides autonomous car and connected vehicle equipment (OBUs/RSUs), high-performance workstations, driving simulators, robotic platforms, UAVs, digital twin testbeds, supporting research and validation in intelligent transportation, edge computing, and cyber-physical system validation.
Together, these facilities provide an integrated research environment for communication technologies, AI-enabled networking, intelligent transportation, and system-level validation.
