“We are Intelligent Future, a team that develops service robots for households”
Team Introduction
Intelligent Future is a team specializing in the development of hardware and software. Comprising 8 students, including one from Indonesia, the core team became the first project team to join X3 Co-Venture in September 2023. Their victory in the Session Four roadshow of the ENT104TC module led to an invitation from X3 Co-Venture.
Application Scenarios
The team primarily developed a compact household robotic arm based on embodied AI, capable of autonomously adapting to different scenarios and continuously learning users’ habits. By combining a foundation model and large language model, the team built a data calibration system that provides data support for visual recognition and user preference prediction. Additionally, they utilized the “Moveit!” component of ROS for motion control of the robotic arm. Moreover, the team adopted cutting-edge “Segment Anything” technology to enhance the robotic arm’s ability to quickly adapt to various scenarios. In terms of hardware design, the team developed an independently designed extension structure, which expands its workspace while ensuring the robotic arm remains compact.
