【Team Message】

We are committed to developing a truly comfortable and accurate smart sleep monitoring product, enabling health management to occur seamlessly and unobtrusively. Our goal is not only to provide data but also to deliver clear and understandable feedback, helping every user understand and improve their sleep quality.

【Team Basic Info】

Our team was jointly founded by five undergraduate students fromXJTLU. As a student-led group, we combine rigorous academic discipline with an open spirit of innovation to tackle technical challenges and strive to translate cutting-edge technology into practical health products.

【Problem & Tech】

Currently, mainstream wearable sleep monitoring devices (such as fitness trackers and smartwatches) may cause discomfort or pressure during nighttime wear, potentially interfering with sleep. On the other hand, non-contact devices (like bedside monitors) often face limitations such as limited data dimensions, susceptibility to environmental interference, and higher costs. Our smart pajamas project aims to fundamentally resolve the inherent conflict between “monitoring accuracy” and “wear comfort.” The core of the project is to develop smart pajamas equipped with sensing technology, capable of monitoring key sleep metrics—such as heart rate, blood oxygen saturation, and turning frequency—in real time while ensuring the user remains completely unaware of wearing them. This data is then used to comprehensively assess sleep structure and quality. Ultimately, all analyzed results will be synthesized into clear and understandable sleep health reports via a dedicated app, enabling users to intuitively understand their sleep patterns and receive personalized improvement recommendations.

【Future Outlook】

Our development path is clear, aiming to progressively expand both the depth and breadth of our product. In the short term, we will focus on completing prototype development and internal testing, with an emphasis on verifying the data accuracy, stability, and wearing comfort of the sensors in real sleep scenarios. We will continuously optimize algorithms and product design to ensure the reliability of core monitoring functions and enhance user experience. In the medium term, as technology advances and data accumulates, we plan to integrate AI assistants to make the app more intelligent and user-friendly. Simultaneously, we are considering developing specialized product lines for different demographics, such as the elderly, new parents, and high-intensity workers. Ultimately, our goal is to enhance public awareness and proactive management of sleep health and overall well-being by providing convenient and comfortable daily health monitoring tools.
