因教学需要,西交利物浦大学智能工程学院现诚招助教。该岗位面向西交利物浦校内外研究生(苏州地区)开放。应聘者需提供个人简历及过往学业成绩单。招聘评审组由系里两名以上教职员组成,负责对所有应聘者进行评估和筛选。

主要工作职责包括:

西浦本校在读博士生:

  • 给予在校大学生课程辅导以及实验室指导;
  • 出席及支持实地考察课程;
  • 一对一或者小组辅导;
  • 语言教学;
  • 接受各系院或教育发展中心 (EDU)的专业培训后可做适当的课堂授课,培训中应包含健康和安全相关内容;
  • 接受适当培训和指导后协助教师完成评估工作,包括客观题评估及主观题评估;在读博士生不得作为任何考试的唯一评估人,所有评估成绩必须经过内部及外部审核。

西浦硕士生及外校研究生:

  • 给予在校大学生课程辅导以及实验室指导;
  • 一对一辅导;
  • 接受适当培训和指导,协助教师完成日常评估工作,包括课程任务、报告、以及小型测试的批改。对于纳入期末成绩的作业评分,助教只在任课教师的指导下完成部分阅卷。
