The "Qinglan Project Excellent Young Scholar" is a significant talent cultivation initiative launched by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education. Its objective is to advance the strategy of rejuvenating the province through science and education and strengthening the province with talent. The project concentrates on enhancing the construction of teaching staff, cultivating key teachers and academic leaders, and places special emphasis on the selection and training of outstanding and top-notch talents and academic leaders in higher education institutions.
Dr. Huijun Shen received her Bachelor's degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) in 2014 and her Ph.D. from Zhejiang University (ZJU) in 2020. She visited the Technical University of Munich (TUM) for six months in 2013 and the National University of Singapore (NUS) for one year in 2018 as an exchange student. She has published 12 papers in international journals and reputable Chinese journals, including Research Policy (FT 50; ABS 4+; IF:9.473; first author), Technovation (ABS 3; IF:11.373), Technological Forecasting & Social Change (ABS 3; JCR Q1; IF:10.884), Industry and Innovation (ABS 3; IF:3.819), Renewable & Sustainable Energy Reviews (JCR Q1; IF:14.982), and Cities (ABS 2; JCR Q1; IF:6.077), as well as NSFC A class and B class Chinese journals. She is the principal investigator of research projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), the Natural Science Foundation of Zhejiang Province, and the Social Science Foundation of Zhejiang Province. She is also the co-investigator of five projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National Social Science Foundation of China, and the China Intellectual Property Administration.
