The 84th Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management was held in Chicago, Illinois, United States from 9-13 August 2024. More than 10,000 members from around the globe convened to delve into the theme of Putting the Worker Front and Center throughout 2,000+ scholarly sessions. Twelve faculty members from the Department of Strategic Management and Organisations (SMO) at IBSS attended the conference and presented their latest research findings.
