程晓农，1958年2月出生，工学博士，江苏大学教授，博士生导师。曾任江苏大学副校长，现任长三角先进材料研究院副院长，江苏省高端金属结构材料重点实验室主任。

长期从事材料科学与工程领域的科学研究和人才培养，主要开展高性能新材料的设计与理论和材料的表面强化与功能化等工作。近年来负责主持国家“863计划”项目、国家自然科学基金、江苏省成果转化项目、江苏省重点研发计划等国家或省部级科研项目15项；在《机械工程学报》、《中国高等教育》、《Acta Metall. Sin》和《Mater. Sci. Eng》等国内外学术刊物上公开发表论文100余篇。
He has been engaged in scientific research and personnel training in the field of materials science and engineering for a long time, mainly developing the design and theory of high-performance new materials and surface strengthening and functionalization of materials. In recent years, he has presided over 15 national or provincial scientific research projects, such as the national 863 Program, The National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Achievement Transformation Project of Jiangsu Province, and the Key research and development Program of Jiangsu Province. He has published more than 100 papers in Chinese and foreign academic journals such as Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering, Chinese Higher Education, Acta Metall. Sin and Mater.sci. Eng.
科研成果获江苏省科学技术一等奖、中国机械工业科学技术一等奖等部、省级以上科技进步奖8项；教学成果获国家教学成果二等奖和江苏省教学成果特等奖。兼任中国机械工程学会热处理分会副理事长、中国仪表材料学会副理事长、江苏省机械工程学会副理事长，江苏省金属学会副理事长等。
