Event 1 – Joint Research Symposium of XJTLU-Taylor’s-MFU (17^th October 2025)

Event 2 – Deep Brain Stimulation Symposium (18^th-19^th October 2025)

Registration Fees:

1. Student/Resident/Post Docs (RMB 300/USD 42)
2. Ordinary Delegates (RMB 1000/USD 140)
3. Gala Dinner on 18^th October 2025 (RMB 300/USD 42)

The registration fee includes:

• Access to conference sessions and opportunity to network with speakers and other delegates.
• Mid-session refreshments and lunch, as scheduled in the conference program.

Payment Methods:

1. Please choose the appropriate payment method based on your personal circumstances.
2. Participants are advised to remit the total fee applicable to their selected events. Please be advised that attendance at the Gala Dinner incurs an additional charge of RMB 150 (USD 20) or RMB 300 (USD 42) per person. Cancellation Information and Refund Policy:

• • Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise the event organizer of a change of name (Yu.Ding@xjtlu.edu.cn).
  • Full Refund: Cancellations made by 30^th September before the conference.
  • Partial Refund (50%): Cancellations made by 15^th October 2025 before the conference.
  • No Refund: Registrations cancelled after 15^th October 2025, or for no-shows at the symposium, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.

Abstract Submissions:

• Selected applicants for oral/poster presentation will be informed by 29^th September 2025.
• Each applicant can submit a maximum of 3 abstracts (250-word for each abstract).
• Submission Deadline: Monday, 22^nd September 2025 at 5 pm Beijing Time.
