Jianjun Chen PhD

Teaching Fellow

Dr. Jianjun Chen received his PhD from the University of Nottingham in 2016 and worked as a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Nottingham Ningbo from 2016 to June 2019. In August 2019, he joined the Department of Computer Science and Software Engineering, Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University.

His main research focuses on intelligent transportation and logistics optimisation. Research topics include combinatorial optimization, data mining, modeling and simulation. The vision is to create highly adaptive static and dynamic scheduling and routing systems. Recently, he also participated in the development of medical image analysing algorithms and related simulation systems.
