Abstract
International Innovation Hub (IIH) sincerely invite you to participate in our "WIEL 38th". Entrepreneurs must have courage if they want to start a business. Otherwise, they will not dare to try when encountering a good opportunity, and they will only miss the good opportunity. In Bill Gates' view, the primary factor for success is risk-taking, which is one of the distinguishing characteristics of entrepreneurs from other groups of people. If you are a person who dare not take risks and bet on uncertainty, then you must be a person who is not suitable for starting a business. Entrepreneurship itself is an adventurous activity, so people who have the guts, dare to bet, and dare to win or lose are most suitable for entrepreneurship. At the same time, team management is very important for the development of entrepreneurs. Almost no enterprise can exist without relying on the team, which requires the start-up team to have management capabilities suitable for their own organizational development. On March 15, 2023, XJTLU International Innovation Hub will hold the WIEL 38th「Adventure Spirit in Entrepreneurship & Entrepreneurial Team Building and Management」.
